That's why we offer two convenient options: delivery and self-collection. Whether you prefer the convenience of doorstep delivery or the flexibility of picking up your order at our designated location, we have you covered.

"Free Delivery: Convenience at Your Doorstep"

Our FREE delivery service brings your order directly to your doorstep, saving you time and effort. Enjoy the convenience of having your items delivered to your home, office, or any specified address.

Choose a delivery time that suits your schedule, including same-day or next-day options, where available.
Free Daily Delivery Schedule: Multiple Time Frames
  • Our free daily delivery schedule offers multiple time frames to suit your needs:
    • 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
    • 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
    • 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Free delivery is not applicable to locations such as Sentosa, Changi Airport and Tuas. It will cost $10 per trip to deliver to these places.

Express Delivery for Narrow Time Frames ($20)
  • For customers who require a more specific delivery time frame, we offer an express delivery option:
    • Topping up $20 enables you to request delivery within a 1-hour time frame or a longer specified time range, such as between 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. This can be done at the check out page, where you will see this. You can select your relevant option.

Please indicate your desired delivery time or range under the special instructions to the seller when checking out.
We regret to inform that your express delivery will not be arranged if there's no top up of $20, even though you have indicated under special instructions to seller for a narrow time frame. We will try our best to have your flowers delivered as early as possible. 

Earliest Express Delivery Time
Please note that the earliest delivery time for express deliveries is between 9:00 am to 10:00 am. 
Tracking System: Stay Informed"
  • To keep you informed about the status of your delivery, we provide email notification:
    • An email will be sent to you when your item is on the way, confirming that it is en route to your designated address.


"Self-Collection: Flexibility and Control"

Our self-collection option provides you with flexibility and control over the pickup process. For self-collection orders, customers will need to place at least 1 day advance order. If you have an urgent order for same day collection, do call us at 91796689 to ask for the availability of the product before placing order.

We offer pick-up services from Monday to Friday during the following timings:

11:00 am to 5:00 pm

For customers who prefer a Saturday pick-up, our timings are as follows:

11:00 am to 2:00 pm

Please note that we are closed on Sundays and public holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request that you plan your pick-up accordingly.
