Delivery & Self-Collection

At Dawn Q, we want your flowers to reach you fresh and fuss-free.

• Delivery Hours
• Mon–Sun: 10am-4pm/ 2pm-6pm/ 4pm-8pm
• Sun & Public Holidays: 10am – 6pm 
• Same-Day Delivery
  Place your order before 2pm on weekdays and enjoy free same-day delivery across Singapore. Order before Saturday for deliveries on Saturday and Sunday. 
• Free Standard Delivery
  No hidden costs — all our bouquets and arrangements include free delivery, except to Sentosa, Changi Airport and Tuas. Additional $10 surcharge for delivery to these locations. 
• Express Requests
  Need flowers at a more narrow time frame? Let us know — we’ll do our best! A small surcharge of $20 will apply. Our earliest delivery for the day is 10am to 11am, only for orders place a day in advance.
• Self-Collection
  Prefer to pick up your flowers yourself? Choose “Self-Collection” at checkout. Our location is 62 ubi road 1 #08-08 S408734 Oxley Bizhub 2. 
  Timing: 11am 1pm to 2pm to 4pm weekdays, 11am to 1pm Saturday, no collection on Sundays. 

Our Promise & Policies

• Freshness First
  Every arrangement is crafted with love and care. Sometimes, due to seasonality, we may replace a flower or filler with a similar one of equal or greater value — but we’ll always keep the overall look and feel you chose.
• Refunds & CancellationsWe do not accept any order cancellations.
• Damaged or Wrong Orders
  If something isn’t right, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable — your happiness matters to us.
• Customer Responsibility
  Please provide accurate delivery details. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we’ll leave them at the door/concierge where possible. Re-deliveries will incur additional $15 charge.
